Established in the year 1992 as a Partnership Firm in the name of Electro Powwer by enthusiastic technocrats with good experience and strong R&D background in the field of power electronics the firm was Primarily engaged in design, manufacture and supply of Telecom Inverters & DC Power Plants meeting the requirements of DoT/BSNL throughout the country. Subsequently the firm manufactured and supplied under slung inverters for Railways.

In the year 2001 the firm developed and supplied High voltage lamp igniters and lamp power supplies for industrial applications.

In the year 2003, the firm developed SMPS from 30 to 5000W & DC-DC converters of various ratings which found application in Aviation, Medical Equipments, Automobile, Water Treatment, CNC Machines, Industrial Automation, Security systems, Telecom, SHAR, Railways, Extruders, Process and General Industries.

In the year 2005, the firm developed and supplied Windmill controller (Wind electric generator) for Vestas RRB India Ltd. Other products for windmill application include Anemometer, wind vane and battery back-up for emergency braking.

In the year 2006 the firm developed and supplied welding controllers and accessories.

In the year 2008 the constitution was changed to private limited company under the name RRT Electro Powwer (P) Ltd.

In the year 2008 the company ventured into defence indigenization. Various products like Ignition/Firing Mechanism and Bullet Counter Sensor were developed and supplied.

Presently the company is engaged in development of products for energy sector.
